The JuRen Automatic Vision Inspection System integrates our self-developed AI algorithm platform and advanced multi-angle imaging technology.

Equipped with three 2D inspection views, the machine is specially designed to detect common sealing defects in vacuum thermoformed blister packaging with high accuracy and stability.

The system can automatically identify and reject defective packages caused by:

● Oil contamination in sealing areas

● Material trapped in heat seals

● Package swelling or bulging

● Wrinkles and folded sealing edges

● Oil leakage

● Incomplete or poor sealing

Suitable for both aluminum foil blister packaging and transparent blister packaging, the machine can be seamlessly connected with pouch packaging machines or directly integrated into existing production conveyor lines.

During inspection, products are automatically flipped inside the machine, enabling complete dual-side inspection for maximum detection reliability.

All defective products are automatically separated and rejected in real time, helping manufacturers improve packaging quality, reduce manual inspection costs, and ensure product safety compliance.
