The Glass Rotary Table Optical Sorting Machine is an automated vision inspection solution designed for high-speed sorting and quality inspection of small precision components, including screws, nuts, washers, and stamped metal parts. By combining a high-transparency glass rotary table with advanced optical imaging technology, the system delivers stable positioning and consistent inspection performance in mass production environments.
Parts are evenly fed onto the rotating glass table, where they are accurately indexed into the inspection area. The transparent glass structure allows light to pass through the product, creating ideal conditions for surface inspection, edge detection, and dimensional measurement. High-resolution industrial cameras capture images from multiple angles, ensuring that each component is thoroughly inspected during continuous operation.
For applications requiring double-sided inspection, an optional bottom camera can be installed beneath the glass rotary table. This configuration enables simultaneous inspection of both top and bottom surfaces, provided the parts are clean and free of oil contamination. As a result, defects that are difficult to detect by manual inspection can be reliably identified.
The machine is widely applied in industries such as fasteners manufacturing, precision hardware, metal stamping, springs, electronic components, and small mechanical parts. Typical detectable defects include scratches, dents, cracks, burrs, deformation, missing features, contamination, and dimensional out-of-tolerance conditions.
