• All equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty under normal operating conditions.
• During the warranty period, defective parts caused by manufacturing or quality issues will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
• Damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modification, extreme environmental conditions, or force majeure is not covered by free warranty service.
• For non-warranty situations, we provide professional paid repair and maintenance services based on actual equipment condition.
• Equipment disassembly or modification without authorization may affect warranty eligibility.
Training & Technical Support
• We provide practical training for machine operation, inspection adjustment, and daily maintenance.
• Training covers inspection logic setup, camera and lighting adjustment, and software parameter configuration.
• Training can be conducted remotely or on-site, depending on project requirements.
• Typical training duration is 3–5 working days, adjusted based on system complexity and trainee experience.
• Continuous technical support is available after training to assist with real production scenarios.
