During operation, components are fed into the U-groove slots and transferred smoothly through multiple inspection positions. The groove structure provides consistent orientation and positional stability, allowing industrial cameras to capture clear images of critical features. This makes the machine especially suitable for inspecting parts that are difficult to hold upright or prone to rolling, such as fasteners, pins, bushings, small shafts, and irregular precision parts.
Equipped with high-resolution cameras and optimized lighting systems, the machine performs accurate inspection of surface defects, dimensional features, and geometric characteristics. Typical inspection items include scratches, dents, deformation, burrs, cracks, missing features, and dimensional deviations. Automatic feeding and orderly part arrangement
