JuRen BCI (Bottle Closure Inspection) system is designed for automatic visual inspection of bottled products, providing reliable quality control throughout the filling, capping, and packaging process. The system adopts a compact embedded design combined with JuRen Intelligent’s proprietary vision algorithm platform, making it suitable for integration into high-speed bottled product production lines.
Using five synchronized 2D inspection viewpoints, the system performs comprehensive inspection of critical bottle areas, including bottle caps and closures, bottle shoulders, bottle bodies, bottle mouths, plastic bottles, and empty bottles. In addition, the system supports inspection of sealing integrity after filling and capping, helping manufacturers detect potential leakage risks at an early stage.
The vision inspection system accurately identifies common appearance and sealing defects such as damaged or deformed caps, missing caps, improper capping, cap skew, contamination, bottle mouth defects, and sealing abnormalities. By combining multi-angle image acquisition with intelligent image processing algorithms, the system ensures stable and repeatable detection results, even in continuous high-speed production environments.
JuRen BCI is widely applicable to bottled water, beverages, edible oil, daily chemical products, and other liquid-filled packaging lines. Automated inspection and rejection of defective bottles significantly reduces reliance on manual inspection, improves overall inspection consistency, and helps manufacturers maintain stable product quality while reducing labor costs and quality risks.
